Thought I’d pass along that you can use evaporated milk if Heavy cream isn’t available.
Evaporated milk comes in 12 ox cans and is $1.32 at Walmart. Shelf stable for a year.
Not as many calories as heavy cream but still good to mix with weight gain powders.
